- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Its very sad how belittling some of the female pharmacy staff at this location treat people. I was in a serious car accident, am waiting on 2 big surgeries, & unfortunately am now disabled for life. The accident wasn't my fault, but EVERY month, when I have to get pain medicine, I am treated like a drug addict, spoken to harshly, & most months I have to wait a week, in debilitating pain, for them to get my meds. People in the pharmacy industry should be trained on EMPATHY and CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is NO PLACE for rudeness, or looks of disgust when u hand them a prescription for pain. I'm hurting enough physically & emotionally, without having to tolerate a judgmental staff. I hate being made to feel like a drug addict EVERY month. I would try another pharmacy, but not all places take Good RX. & when someone nearly takes YOUR life in a car accident-you don't expect to be treated like a monster for needing medicine. Please teach ur staff to TRY to comfort people who are in pain, scared, & who need (& PAY FOR) medicine at their pharmacy. Please teach your pharmacy assistants/staff EMPATHY.
