- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The staff was very friendly, they were great with my LO. However my LO needed some dental work, and the doctor refused to do it if I didn't do the IV sedation. I get it they want the kids to have a "pleasant" visit, but an additional 400-600 dollars on top of what you already are going to pay for the procedure because insurance doesn't not cover everything. This happened about 6 mos ago. I had to find another dentist. Once I refused the IV sedation that's when the staff completely changed.. My favorite part was when I refused because of cost the office manager said "Call you parents and borrow the money." It was a very condescending visit at the end, and they refused to treat him. So we moved on... I felt the need to post a review because this type of experience seems to be a trend. If you go for this whole IV sedation go for it they are great, but if you can't move on and find another Dentist.February 18, 2017by Jennifer Gajdos
