  After being a patient here for some time now. The only positive thing I can say is the front desk lady Courtney is outstanding, and wonderful! She's a great asset to that office! She truly cares! Other than that I haven't really got anything accomplished. I've been dealing with a lot of stuff. Had a surgery scheduled with Doctor Perez. Before the surgery the nurse from his clinic Mrs. Dahl came in to my waiting room and started talking about stuff that the doctor was doing, more than half the information I received that morning was all new information to me. At my appointment prior to the surgery the doctor didn't inform me on any of the information his nurse told me. I Opted out of the surgery at the point because I didn't feel comfortable following through with lack of information, but honestly though who would? After leaving my scheduled surgery, I immediately called his office to make an appointment so the doctor could go over more in depth what was happening, and what he was fixing. I was just looking to be more comfortable about the situation and have better knowledge of what was happening. I left several messages, and called several times. Not one call back. Instead I receive a letter about 5 days later telling me he's rejecting me as a patient. Also that I need to have my medical records transferred by July 1st. Knowing I'm still sick and how hard it is to get into doctors offices I was just thrown away like trash. I was treated as if all this was my fault. What a good waste of time, and money spent here.

  I have been a patient of Dr. Perez for about 7 years now and I am completely happy with him and his staff. He has performed 2 surgeries on me and both were successful. He has an excellent bedside manner and shows that he cares for his patients. His associate Nancy is also excellent. If you are looking for a Urologists I can say you couldnt do better.

  I"m very happy Dr. Perez found my issue. After seeing several other doctors that couldn't diagnose me correctly over several years. He performed my surgery and I'm on my way to recovery. Thank you
