- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪As a home owner in Orlando from the UK I have used Allstate for my property Insurance and have found their guidance and service exceptional. Sally Ogg is my customer service manager and deals with all our insurance needs. I recently received a request from our property management requesting documentation from our Insurance provider which is required by law. I contacted Sally on receipt of this request, her response was immediate with the necessary document being forwarded. As a non US resident it is very reassuring to know that I can get all my Florida home insurance needs dealt with in such a proficient manner which I greatly appreciate. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Steve Ward from Mo Ward's insurance agency lied to me about my options for a homeowner's policy. When we discussed homeowner's insurance I told him that my husband and I wanted the least expensive policy available such as liability and fire only (we have no mortgage on our property). Steve said that type of policy was not available in Florida. A few years and thousands of dollars later my husband's tennis partner said he has the type of policy that Steve said was not available. When I contacted Steve (who avoided me at first) he said "fire only and liability are viable alternatives" We transferred our business to another agency a few months ago and Mo Ward's agency made it very difficult.
