- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I just started going to Dr.Tippett this year after going to another Dr. in the same plaza for several years. That practice became a "Puppy Mill" of sorts, and I was reduced from someone they welcomed by name to a number. Dr.Tippett's practice is everything I missed in a good practice.
